A Brief History

I’ve worked with first time buyers to seasoned investors. A number of my clients are in the entertainment industry, where I have built a large client base.

I have worked through 3 ten-year real estate cycles. Through earthquakes, writers strikes, bubbles and recessions. I see each home purchase as an investment for my clients, not just a place to live. I am very conscious of market turns, and I know Los Angeles well. This is my home town.
The market isn’t solid in a place or time. It varies from street to street and town to town.

I have guided my clients thru the worst and best of times. I have also had the pleasure in helping CPAs and probate lawyers with their clients, with appraisals and sales.

I love my work as a Realtor, and have consistently been in the top echelon of Prudential real estate agents nationwide.

For over 31 years I have been focusing my attention from Toluca Lake to Thousand Oaks, and beyond to Ventura County and the Palm Springs area. I have left a trail of satisfied customers, and years of continued relationships.
